In support of #WorldMentalHealthDay, the Old Library Trust will be hosting a FREE session of BODY COMBAT on Monday 10th October at 6pm.
Most of us know when we are mentally and physically well, but sometimes we need a little extra support to keep well.
So in support of PHA’s, Take 5 Steps to Well-being, we want to encourage and support our community to come along and participate in fun filled class that completes on of the steps towards a better well-being.
This is open to all members and public and we encourage you to bring family and friends.
Added bonus for any present members of OLT, this Monday 10th will see the release of the NEW Body Combat 69!!
