Positive Minds
Our aim is to increase awareness and understanding of mental health, to challenge stigma and discrimination and provide opportunities for local people to improve their mental state by addressing the issues associated with it. Key projects, programmes and services include the following:
- Year round support to promote positive mental wellbeing that includes Mindfulness, Meditation, Relaxation and CBT
- Specialist positive minds programmes for children, young people and adults. For example Fresh little minds and Stairways.
- Specialist counselling and therapeutic intervention
