Local men go Golfing to finish off a great week of activities

A fun morning was had by local men involved in our men’s health week activities at Creggan Country Park
Local Men took part in Kayaking, Canoeing and Pier jumping and the weather was good to us!

Over the last number of weeks, Central Drive in Creggan has been transformed into an outdoor gallery featuring works by students from St Cecilia’s College, Derry, St Joseph’s Boys’ School, Stmarys Youthclub, Holy Child Primary School and Nursery Unit, St. John’s Primary School, Peaball, Friz and Emic. Thank you to Mayoress Sandra Duffy who responded to our call to light the Guildhall and the Alley Theatre to purple the DEEDS signature colour in honour of the DEEDS conference marking Dementia Action Week.
Dementia Action Week was set up by the Alzheimer’s Society as a call for action to support those living with dementia and their families.
